Paul Tattersall takes on The Grand Prix de Monaco Historique once more.

The 2300 Club’s very own Paul Tattersall is now fully settled in at his favorite race track, alongside the team from the University of Greater Manchester. The Ensign N179 F1 is ready to take on the 15th Grand Prix de Monaco Historique.

Yesterday, the team, car, and Paul were all reunited. The garage area has been set up, and scrutineering—always a tense moment—has been successfully passed. The team has also been busy installing a new video camera, so there may be some exciting footage to come.

There will be plenty of racing action this weekend, with the track busy throughout each day. The event features races for cars ranging from pre-war models right through to machines up until 1985. It’s a true bucket-list weekend for many motorsport fans.

We wish Paul and the team the very best of luck in Monaco.

Paul is competing in Race F, which is for cars from 1977 to 1980. He has his work cut out, as the competition is extremely strong, with several professional drivers—such as Michael Lyons and Jamie Constable—on the grid. It promises to be a lineup of truly dream-worthy cars.
