Tesco in Burnley generously donate raffle prizes for Mullin Around

Tesco in Burnley have very generously donated three raffle prizes for this month’s 2300 Club ‘Mullin Around’ reunion.

Co-organisers Neil and Arlene Calvert were presented with an Epson Printer, a fantastic filled Hamper, and a Sony Soundbar, by Tesco’s Community Champion Mukhtar Mirza.

All three items will be raffled off on the night, with proceeds going to Pendleside Hospice and the Brain Tumour Trust, in memory of much-loved club member Simon Bibby, who passed away recently.

“Tesco and Mukhtar have been absolutely amazing with their donation, and I can’t thank them enough,” said Arlene.

Organisers Pete Kenyon, Stuart Pye, Neil and Arlene have also been busy getting other raffle prizes, with Boots the Chemist, Marks and Spencer, Towneley Garden Centre and Mini Sport of Padiham all contributing.

“The response has been brilliant from everyone, and their generosity will make all the difference to how much we can raise on the night.” added Arlene.
