Our Cambrian Rally marshalling trip

Eleven 2300 club members enjoyed a terrific weekend in Wales, marshalling on the Visit Conwy Cambrian Rally. As daylight broke on Saturday morning, the rain stopped and the sun came out, providing us with a fine Autumn day. It wasn’t long before the action started, delighting the few spectators in Penmachno. Who were all very well behaved, true rally fans.
It was nice to see three of our previous John Easson Award winners Sam Bilham, George Lepley and Osian Pryce all achieving great results, including the overall win for Osian
Our marshalling team witnessed an exciting day of motorsport and enjoyed every minute. Including superb alfresco catering, in good company with our new found friend, Brian the award winning radio marshal.
