The 2300 Club, organisers of the legendary Tunnock’s Tour of Mull closed road tarmac rally, is proud to announce 19 year old Phil Scholes as winner of the 2008 John Easson Award for young rally drivers.
There will be a Music Quiz, hosted by Rod Brereton in the Mishnish on Wednesday 8th October. All proceeds will go to Pendleside Hospice in Jack Neal's name.
All competitors that have ACCEPTED or RESERVE entries (if you can see this - that includes you!) must complete three supplementary forms, for Recce Registration, Emergency Service & Press Info.
We need to make spectators aware of new MSA regulations regarding parking cars on live stages and the impact this could have on the running of stages. The MSA regulations to which we are bound are stringent in what is and is not allowed in terms of cars being parked in stages. Parking in lay-by’s is strictly not permitted, vehicles parked close to the road could jeopardise the running of the stage.

On the 19th June this year motor sport and the Tour of Mull lost a great friend, Jack Neal, Deputy Chief and Club Scrutineer for over 20 years. Competitors will remember him for his ready good humour, his helpfulness, easy of address and thoroughness to do a good job.
